Advertise / get featured

Already in our directory of licensed well pros as a well driller or pump installer, a state-certified drinking water lab, a licensed water treatment professional or a licensed home inspector? You can add a Featured spot at the top of your county's page, with your logo, a short description, your website and your service area. It's always labeled as an advertisement, and it never changes the official list below it.

What a featured spot includes

Who can get one

Only businesses that hold a current license, registration or certification on the official list we use for that county. That covers every category in the directory:

The 3-per-county cap is for all categories together.

If a later check of the official list no longer shows your license, your spot is paused and any unused prepaid months are refunded. We may decline or edit descriptions with claims we can't check, such as "best" or health and safety promises.

Price

Plan Price
Founding listing (first businesses in each county) First month free, nothing owed if you stop
Monthly $29 a month per county page
Annual $290 a year per county page (two months free)

Founding businesses keep the $29 rate for as long as their spot stays active without a break.

How billing works

There's nothing to sign up for online and no card details to enter on this site. After the free month, you get an invoice by email and can pay it through PayPal, or mail a check (the mailing address is on the invoice). Monthly invoices are due 14 days after they're sent. Nothing renews or charges automatically; if an invoice goes unpaid, the featured card comes down and your regular listing stays exactly as it was.

How to cancel

Email us any time and we'll remove the card within 2 business days. Monthly plans aren't charged again; annual plans get unused full months refunded.

The rules

  1. Featured spots never change the official-data listings. Which businesses appear in the list, in what order, and what each row says come only from the official state or county source. Paying can't add, remove, edit or move any row, yours or a competitor's.
  2. Always labeled as paid. Every featured card is marked "Featured · Ad" inside a box labeled "Featured · Advertisement", including free founding spots. The FTC says ads shouldn't look like independent content and must be clearly identified.1
  3. Links in featured cards are marked as sponsored for search engines.2
  4. Not an endorsement. We don't rate, rank or recommend featured businesses.

Get started

Email [email protected] with your business name, the county page you want, your license number, and your description, logo, website and service area. We'll check your license against the official list and send you a preview before it goes live.
